More Than Just a Food Toy: Enrichment for Shelter Pets

Course Information:

Many shelters address enrichment by providing dogs with a variety of food puzzles and walks. While these are excellent examples of enrichment, they are just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much more that can and must be done – not when there is time, not when there is extra money – but for every animal, every day. In this webinar, attendees will learn what enrichment is, why it’s critical, as well as affordable and creative ways to ensure they are doing all they can to meet their pet’s enrichment needs. While this webinar will focus primarily on shelter cats and dogs, content is applicable to dog trainers, cat and dog behavior consultants, pet sitters, pet owners, and more.
