By teaching you about basic personality types, this informative course will give you tools for enjoying more success in a group setting – for fewer drop outs and students who go away happy. You’ll learn how to recognise the basic personality types in your group and how that can help you create more effective learning – and more success for you as a trainer. You’ll also go away with a better understanding of how people learn and how best to communicate well with a variety of different personalities in a group class setting. You’ll find that you can use the principles in one-on-one consultations, too!
